Implants, Bridges, Esthetic Bonding Before & After Cases
Fix Chipped Teeth with Gum Shaping & 6 Bonding Veneers
This highschooler participated in beauty pageants, and she wanted her smile to be bigger and brighter. Her teeth were small, chipped, and worn. To improve her smile, I used gum shaping to give her more tooth-show, and I whitened her teeth and added bonding to repair her damaged enamel. Since her bite alignment was what was causing the chipping, this bonding was a temporary fix for her pageant. To keep the bonding from chipping, alignment will be necessary.
Start to Finish Treatment Time: 1 week (bonding and whitening) + 6 months of alignment
Replace Missing Front Teeth with Esthetic Bridges and Porcelain Veneers
This beautiful lady was in a bad car accident when she was a teenager. Her front teeth were knocked out, and the jaw structure was damaged as well. She wore a removable partial denture, or “flipper,” for many years to cover the missing teeth. When she was ready for something more permanent, she opted for a porcelain bridge and veneers instead of implants. While the implant treatment would have offered a more natural tooth/gum appearance, that treatment would have required significant bone and gum grafting and reconstruction. That would add significant time and investment to the overall treatment. Instead, the patient wanted a faster result, and she was extremely happy with her new smile.

Replace Missing Front Teeth with Esthetic Bridges and Porcelain Veneers
This super cool guy worked on the road for very famous country and rock musicians. He had trauma in his teens that caused bone loss around front teeth, and eventually those teeth had to be removed. Using a combination of porcelain bridges and porcelain veneers, I was able to replace his missing teeth and improve his smile. When he went back on the road his smile was worthy of center stage!

Replace Congenitally Missing Lateral Incisors with Dental Implants
This patient was in his 40s when he decided to properly restore missing front teeth. It is a relatively common condition for a person to be missing the lateral incisors. Sometimes orthodontists use braces and close the spaces by bringing the other teeth (canines) into the spaces of the missing teeth. This can cause the smile to be too small, off-center, and unusual in shape. The proper way to manage these cases is to use orthodontics to broaden the smile and open up the spaces to enable implant posts to be placed. (The implant post replaces the missing root of the tooth.) My specialists (orthodontist and oral surgeon) finished the alignment and post placement. During that time, the patient wore a removable flipper so that the gaps would be filled in his smile while he waited for me to place the implant crowns. He also whitened his smile, and I matched his implant crowns to blend in naturally with his newly aligned and whitened smile.
Start to Finish Treatment Time (including orthodontics and implant placement): ~1 Year
